I’m a communication and behavioural psychology strategist. I work as a bridge, helping Nordic companies and professionals succeed globally by decoding how people think, decide, and react across cultures.

When I was a child, my family worked for the Spanish Royal Family for 17 years. From a very early age, I was exposed to how intelligence services observe behaviour, communicate under pressure, and extract patterns others overlook. That way of seeing the world stayed with me. Today, I apply the same principles to business, helping leaders understand the invisible drivers behind decisions, influence, and trust.

Over the years, I’ve specialised in uncovering hidden friction in communication, often rooted in mismatched temperaments. I’ve developed a fast, reliable system that allows sales teams, leaders, and founders to adapt their communication to the person in front of them without losing authenticity. In recent years, I’ve also specialised in decoding Finnish communication and culture to help people land faster and operate more effectively. Finland has a very specific psychological and social code, and misunderstanding it quietly slows down careers, integration, and business growth. I help people understand the non-written rules: silence, space, tone, assumptions, questioning, calendar culture, and how trust is actually built here. This work benefits international professionals as well as Finns who want to communicate better, scale internationally, or be better understood.

I’m solution-focused by nature. I enjoy identifying where user experience breaks, whether in a startup, a leadership team, or a sales conversation. I pursue clarity, value, and meaning, and I believe life is too short for empty talk or forced persuasion.

In practice, I’m a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling millions across industries worldwide. But I don’t believe great salespeople can sell anything. I believe they read people better, connect faster, and speak with purpose.
